Modern, light and well planned, our fully-fitted Epsilon House office units range in size from 140 to 3,300 square feet, accommodating from one to 20 people. Air-conditioned and furnished offices are available and our top floor units have a terraced outdoor area with stunning views over east Ipswich.

Brilliantly located within easy reach of Ipswich town centre and the A14, our seven-acre Masterlord Office Village features a range of self-contained units, which can be configured as office space or a mixture of office and production space.

Designed with flair and inspiration in open-plan style to make maximum use of available space and featuring plenty of natural light, all offices are fully fitted and ready to occupy. They have dedicated parking spaces and there are further communal spaces on site. There’s also a well-established on-site coffee and sandwich shop.

Great-value secure storage units with 24/7 access

If you need convenient secure storage, Masterstore is the answer. Our units are ideally located in the Masterlord Office Village on Ransomes Europark, close to Ipswich town centre and within easy reach of the A14 and A12. Access is available 24/7 and there’s plenty of on-site parking.

With 200 square feet of space in each unit, Masterstore is the perfect solution for a wide range of storage needs, from business stock, components and archives to furniture and equipment.

Self-contained, ground-level units with double access doors and high-grade security padlock.

Affordable rental and immediate occupation

You’ll pay a fixed rental charge of just £30 per unit per week. Once you’ve paid a £150 deposit you can start using your unit right away. If you no longer need your unit, simply give us 14 days’ notice and we’ll cancel your rental agreement.
