With Britain’s biggest and busiest container port on the doorstep of Masterlord Office Village (well, just down the A14), it’s no surprise that leading logistics company Maltacourt has opened a new office at Epsilon House to handle growing business through the Port of Felixstowe.
Headed by commercial director Dan Hiscock, he brings his years of experience in freight forwarding to this new strategic hub. Dealing with time-sensitive cargoes where deadlines are critical is one of the challenges he faces in an ever-changing market.
With offices in Liverpool, Edinburgh, Heathrow and Manchester, Maltacourt’s Felixstowe operation offers the company’s customers local expertise backed by international resources.
“We handle a huge range of freight,” says Dan. “Flexibility is the key to our success, meeting tight schedules and providing an end-to-end service. With disruption to supply chains, our whole focus is on freight forwarding solutions, whatever the cargo: from clothing to electrical goods, pharmaceuticals to toys.”
While the Felixstowe office handles primarily containerised cargo, Maltacourt offers air freight, haulage, warehousing and supply chain management services.
“Working closely with our customers, understanding their business, we can provide creative and competitive services to fit their needs. Every solution is tailor-made, built on personal relationships and trust. We treat our customers’ business as our own.”
Dan looked at a number of options for offices, and settled on Masterlord Office Village for its flexibility and friendly team.

“Being right on the A14 is essential for us. Epsilon House gives us high-speed broadband, reception services, rooms for client meetings and the ability to add more space if we need it. We really like being part of a business community here.”
