Propeller Design

Propeller Design are based with us in Epsilon House up on the second floor in Suite H; where they have been for the last 7 years.

Nearly 25 years ago Stephen Stebbings and Simon Milldown founded Propeller Design during the recession of the early 1990s. Their previous company had ceased trading and they took this as an opportunity to strike out on their own. Propeller shows its value not just through their excellent quality of their work but also through the loyalty of their employees.

Propeller Design are a company focused on Design (obviously!) along with marketing and advertising. Over the years they have developed multi-media strategies in order to take advantage of developing digital opportunities and technologies.

Propeller Design works across a wide range of industry sectors, including hospitality, finance, retail and utilities. Many of their clients are well-known national and international brands: ForFarmers, UK Power Networks, Hard Rock Hotel, London, Thistle Hotels and Chancerygate to name just a few. But they also work with SMEs and start-ups – helping them become the household names of tomorrow.

One of Propeller Design’s most unique projects may be the time they designed media for an Alice in Wonderland themed afternoon tea, in conjunction with a theatre production, Alice’s Adventures Underground. Alongside the website design, digital in-house screens and leaflets they also came up with (adorable) miniature menus with magnifying glasses tying in cleverly with Lewis Carroll’s focus on inconsistent sizing portrayed through the children’s classic.

Propeller Design have not always been with us here at Epsilon House in Masterlord Estates’ Office Village and in fact used to have their own offices; but by making us their next move they gained more time.

Every morning the team can come in and get straight to work – they don’t waste anytime organising their own maintenance, cleaning, inspections or upkeep as the team at Masterlord Estates manage all those boring, yet important, tasks for them.

They pay a fixed bill each month which enables easy budgeting. Additionally, they have the added sense of community that comes from working in a serviced office building.

Could your business benefit from being based in a serviced office like Propeller Design?
