Modern, light and well planned, our fully-fitted Epsilon House office units range in size from 140 to 3,300 square feet, accommodating from one to 20 people. Air-conditioned and furnished offices are available and our top floor units have a terraced outdoor area with stunning views over east Ipswich.

When you move into Epsilon House, our on-site IT team will provide an hours free support to help you get everything working. IT support packages are available to meet your needs and ensure you can get help 24/7.

Ideal for companies on a growth trajectory or where direct access to the unit is preferred, our Executive Suites bridge the gap between our serviced and stand-alone office units. Office Village Units

Brilliantly located within easy reach of Ipswich town centre and the A14, our seven-acre Masterlord Office Village features a range of self-contained units, which can be configured as office space or a mixture of office and production space.

Designed with flair and inspiration in open-plan style to make maximum use of available space and featuring plenty of natural light, all offices are fully fitted and ready to occupy. They have dedicated parking spaces and there are further communal spaces on site. There’s also a well-established on-site coffee and sandwich shop.

Our Office Village units are all served by fibre network enabling us to offer competitively priced connection speeds up to 330Mb/s. Our on-site IT team will provide an hour of free support to help you get everything set up on the day you move in.

We offer multiple phone packages including an inclusive calls option to ensure you can stay in touch with your customers within a fixed budget. You can bring your existing numbers with you or choose new ones from any location as well as 0800 and 0300 numbers. Our professional reception team can handle calls for you when you are unavailable.

Our on-site team can provide and support a wide range of computers, mobiles, servers, laptops as well as applications from Microsoft and many other providers. They will be please to offer a cost effective support package for your business.

Meeting Rooms

Whether you’re planning an interview, a seminar, a board meeting or a conference, we have the space to meet your needs perfectly. Our Epsilon House business centre features modern, spacious rooms for hire by the hour or day.

Our Boardroom seats up to 10 delegates and our Meeting Room can accommodate up to 25 (horseshoe configuration) or 35 (theatre-style). Current Covid-19 guidelines applied the rooms do not fit our full capacity. Both rooms are furnished, air-conditioned and have full-height picture windows that let in plenty of natural light. A wide range of catering options are available, please contact Kings Coffee House, Our on-site cafe to book in catering.

Our Meeting Rooms have been built to support the latest communications services to ensure you are able to make the best use of time. Each room has fixed network sockets providing secure super fast broadband via our 300 Mb/s dedicated fibre service. Wifi enables everyone to connect to the internet both within the meeting room and throughout the building.

Our on-site IT support team can assist with audio conferencing, video conferencing and any other IT requirements to make your meeting a success either on a pay as you go basis, or through a monthly subscription. We only need 24 hours notice to get this organised.
