Well we have arrived at not just a new year but a new decade. 2020 and not a flying car in sight! 

We have started the year on a healthy note with our Free Fruit January. At reception we have an array of yummy fruits for you all to enjoy- the Lychees have proved an interesting topic of conversation with some completely unaware they existed in the world but those brave enough to try have loved them. 

There are some new faces around and we would like to welcome Your Care and Support– who provide care of the elderly within their own homes; Kyle Osborn, an IT Consultant who specialises in software development; and estate agents Hizzy Estates Ltd have all recently moved into the building. We’d also like to extend that welcome to Caritas and Law Finance who moved in at the end of last year. 

 January is always a long grey month, but we are nearing its end, a small silver lining in that it brings us closer to spring. Although it’s too early to tell what 2020 has in store for us but we do wish all our tenants and visitors a prosperous start to this new decade!
